My Story

Ability Bow is an amazing charity that provides exercise support for people living with disabilities or health conditions to help rehabilitate them and improve their quality of life. We often take for granted the ease with which we can exercise, and this can often be extremely difficult for individuals with a disbaility. Ability Bow gives the population of East London the ability to be able to exercise and reap all the amazing benefits from it. I am honoured to have the ability to run for this charity and thank everyone for their donations.
